Refunds

Refund Policy

When a one-time credit pack is refundable and what happens when a render fails.

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Unused packs

An unused credit pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. A pack is unused if none of its credits went into a successful render. We return the money through PayPal to the original payment method.

The time for money to appear depends on PayPal and your bank. Currency conversion and network fees follow their rules.

If the law where you live gives you a longer withdrawal period, that period applies. Credits removed because an account broke the Terms of Service, including by creating prohibited content, are not refunded.

Spent credits

Credits used for a finished render cannot be refunded because model, storage and processing costs have already been incurred. If a render fails and no usable video is delivered, its credits return automatically, or are refunded where the law requires.

A render counts as delivered when a playable video appears in your result, whether or not you download or post it. AI output can be imperfect, and an unexpected creative result alone does not make a render failed.

Subscriptions

Tiny Desk AI does not offer subscriptions, monthly plans or yearly plans. Credit packs are paid once and never renew.

Because there are no recurring plans, there are no subscription renewals to cancel or refund.

Asking for help

Email support@aitinydesk.pro within 7 days with your PayPal email, purchase date and, for a render problem, the generation ID. Never send full card numbers. We may ask for more details to verify the payment and prevent fraud.

All payments are sold by us and processed through PayPal. We issue approved refunds through PayPal to the PayPal account or card used at checkout.

When a refund is approved, the matching unused credits are removed. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to restrictions while it is reviewed.
